Upon the mention of a topic of such power, a barrage of ideas is the impulsive response from within me! It's so overwhelming until I can't find an effective starting point, but invoking the Holy Spirit's guidance, He willeth that I borrow the words of Jesus as my starting point; " LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THY SELF"...(and I can almost hear Peter shouting from behind Judas, "and you are likely to get back the love in the same measure" (at least a befitting treatment in return...so the traitor agrees!)
From the laws of nature, LIFE TENDS TO THROW BACK AT YOU WHATEVER YOU THROW AT IT...to the laws of Physics (otherwise known as Newton's 3rd law), IN EVERY ACTION, THERE IS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION! The message is one; YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW! A case in point where metaphysical laws are in perfect tandem with other disciplines of philosophy!
Oprah too has spoken!"BE CAREFUL THEREFORE AS TO THE ENERGY YOU BRING INTO THIS SPACE'. Others love to say the same thing in sequence; be careful of your thoughts, actions, character..., which ultimately define you!
But ever wondered why this subject is so much of a concern to both the who is who, and who is not in this world? Well, I have, and am just thinking, maybe its the common denominator of our existence...you think so?
For a fact, each one of us has got a special calling, and our other purpose in life is to find what each of ours is and fulfill it! it could even be helping others discover theirs, in that case, get out there and change as many a life as you can (I think Oprah did a great job at that). To stress this better, Dr. Martin Luther King Jnr. did the work for me..."IF YOU HAVE NOT DISCOVERED SOMETHING TO DIE FOR, THEN YOU HAVE NO USE FOR LIVING!"have you discovered yours?...what an assignment for us!!!
To sum up my subject, I will say this..."WE ARE ALL IN CHARGE OF OUR OWN LIVES..." it don't matter what your mama did, or what your daddy didn't do, you have your life to lead,and where you take it, has a great inclination as to how good a follower you are of the golden rule. Everything you have done to someone is already done to you - this is probably the best complement of the golden rule; "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU"...and if we seek to make this world a better place than we found it, then a fire within everyone of us must burn now much more than ever before.
